The hotel room condition was very pathetic, lots of things were damaged inside the room even charging plugs were damaged the washroom was not hygienic, the bed sheet was torn and even dirty also. If you require i can share the photos also.

Good serving staff, easy to reach from saharanpur railway station to hotel few kilometre, near hot main bazzar area. Room maintenance not upto level hot water related issues my experienced. Lift also there

This was my first experience in saharanpur hotel it was just ok it was not expected as images shows online firstly i made requested early check-in only for 2 hours however they charged me inr 500 only for 2 hours even the room ac was not cooling much even its remote was also was not working i had requested many times to fixed it to management but they said they send someone to fixed it but now one came till the evening.
