1st impressions were good. Having been there after a few hours though you started to notice the noise and many things were either not working or were working poorly. We had no water for showers in the morning, couldn't even flush the toilet. Would be a nice place but poorly maintained.

Worst hotel I've ever been in. We waited over an hour for a pizza and a roll with salad. The room was reasonably clean but the toilet didn't flush. The shower had no curtain and the door wouldn't close. In the morning there were cockroaches in the room under the suitcases. There were several bars in front of the hotel that played music so loudly until 3am that it was practically impossible to sleep.

Unfortunately the hotel was very dirty, you couldn't lock the door, there were cockroaches in the room, the toilet didn't flush and in the restaurant we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food and we were practically ALONE there and instead of a beef burger we got a stupid burger.

Hotel environment is so friendly with great customer care, the rooms have space, had sauna that is mixed with healthy organic herbs it was a great experience, I recommend the hotel and thank me later.

The hotel looks very good but the front desk service is very unprofessional. The room disappoints. Bedding old, ruffled, TV with one channel. A la carte dinner Ok, very nice waiter service. Very modest breakfast. Overall impression not very good.

This is a pretty nice local hotel.The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. I chose Nefaland because it is right across the street from the ABC Upper Class ticketing office. I use them when traveling to Iringa because I can board the bus directly at their office before they head out to the bus station on the limits of Dar es Salaam. So Staybg at Nefaland is great for that since the bus leaves at 5am. The only thing that I found disappointing was the lack of food availabilities on the menu. But what I did end up getting, a simple soup and masala chips were very good. I had it as room service and the staff was again very courteous and helpful.

IMPORTANT - THEY ARE NOT ON ********** I WAS FRAUDED. They say they are on *********** but they aren’t. Be careful to book online. The receptionist was acting like I was a criminal from start so they are probably in to this. So again don’t pay online
