The room facilities are not that new, but the location is very close to the airport, so it is relatively convenient to travel. The attitude and service of the service staff are very good and can meet basic travel needs.

Seul avantage = proximité de l'aeroport
Personnel à l'accueil peu avenant. Nous avions reservé une chambre pour trois et nous nous sommes vu proposer un chambre a lit double, donc obligés de prendre une seconde chambre. Etat de la salle de bain très moyen. Plus de 2 heures d'attente au restaurant. Je ne conseille pas.

The sheets were not clean, there was no toilet paper neither soap or shampoo. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. The shower is rusty. No elevator. Bad neighborhood. A nightmare. No services at all but for a cafe downstairs. Avoid it if you can.

Had a really bad experience. hotel forgot about picking us from the airport. Breakfast was included but it was not ready when we left the hotel even though it was not an early departure We asked not be put on a high floor as there is no elevator but they put us on a high floor and did not care Manager Juma promised that with our second stay he will make sure we sleep on ground floor but that did not happen. They put us on a high floor again and so I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with my bad leg. Juma did not even bother to help organise transport to the airport or assist with our bags. Worst experience of the trip to Africa.

The property did not set up the shuttle to the airport to arrive on time so we ended up missing our international flight.

Location is near the airport. Staff is great but facilities need update.
We had no electricity for half the time we were there. There is a lot of construction around the area.
