The hotel service is very poor. The order was confirmed to be a double room with double breakfast. When we checked in, they said that we were in a single room and could only accommodate one person. It took a long time to let us check in. The next day, we came to ask again for breakfast, and they said that it only included breakfast for one person. This is a solid hotel in the best part of Dar. It has ocean views and is uniquely surrounded by lots of small retail, in the hotel property which is good and bad. I got an ocean Executive room. The view is great. The breakfast included is a wonderful ton of fresh fruit, juices, coconuts, and omelets if you want. The people are very helpful. You can also negotiate for certain extras. The problem with the hotel is that it is a 3 star hotel. As an example, a nice shower, yet the shampoo will ***** the color from your hair. There is no conditioner, lotion, toothbrush anything but a towel. Breakfast is nice, but the salt shakers don't work. Once they are out of something, they don't renew, even if its 8AM. I would definitely stay here again. The ships around the hotel are very handy, but the disco music till 10.30 is in the ocean side. I will definitely stay here again and live with the short comings.

Het hotel is een totaal complex langs de baai in een vrij nieuwe wijk buiten de drukte van de stad. Je kunt er prima ontbijten. Er is een zwembad, lunch is daar mogelijk. Er zijn diverse winkeltjes binnen het complex en ‘s avonds kun je prima eten langs de boulevard, vaak met live muziek. Heel prettig hotel als je op een vlucht/overstap moet wachten. Ze hebben daar speciaal dagkamers voor. Een aanrader!
