The hotel is of a decent level, clean, relatively quiet, the restaurant at the hotel is a big plus (the food is normal, you won't go hungry, but don't count on gastronomic pleasure)

This is my first hotel review as the experience was unacceptably poor. My initial room was infested with cockroaches everywhere - walls, floor, bed, and bathroom. After requesting a room change, the new room had non-functioning electrical outlets, a broken TV remote, and flickering lights. The bathroom lacked basic amenities. When they sent a technician to fix the electrical issues, the repair took too long. They refused my request for a refund when I decided to leave early. Save your money - there are much better hotels nearby in the same price range. Would not recommend. I'll never go back there.

We booked this hotel after a holiday in Zanzibar to get a few impressions of Dar es Salaam before our onward flight to Doha and were not disappointed. The hotel was in the middle of the city, many things were within walking distance. The rooms were clean, the extensive breakfast buffet was served on the 21st floor, from where you had a great view of the city and the harbor. The manager came to our table on the first morning and gave us valuable tips for sightseeing in the city and offered us a free transfer to the National Museum. The staff were very friendly, including in the hotel's very good restaurant. This centrally located hotel is highly recommended for sightseeing in the city!

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, and the hotel also gave welcome cookies. The staff has a good service attitude, the room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a little old.
