以前一直住的挺好的，這次住沒有熱水～問了前台也衹是説修理什麼也沒有提出什麼解決辦法，澡沒洗上澡，以後避免吧這種問題不應該顧客承擔～

酒店硬件環境服務都很滿意，打破了我對快捷酒店的固有印象，有洗衣機烘乾機很方便，早餐也非常好吃豐盛！唯一的缺點就是吹風機該換一批了，我這不長不短的頭髮都吹不幹～

靠近萬達廣場，酒店標識不是很明顯，車不好停，下了幾場大雨，可能雨太大導致房間牆皮脱落，前台也是比較一般，下午出門回去看見幾個人在窗口聊天，早餐時間前台也沒有服務員，就一個大叔又要管餐廳又要管退房，比較混亂。
