真的是一次糟糕透頂的入住體驗！原本商務出差選擇貴酒店，是希望能有個舒適的移動辦公和休息環境，結果全程鬧心！
網絡問題反覆溝通無果：入住第一天就向前台反映網絡故障，連續告知三次，整整等了三天才給換房間。作為商務出行，網絡是工作剛需，這樣的處理效率嚴重耽誤了我的工作進度。
衞生狀況堪憂：換房當晚，掀開被子就發現床上有頭髮，仔細一看被單居然還有補丁！縣城150元一晚不算低價，這樣的衞生條件和設施配置實在難以接受。
服務態度敷衍：前台全程響應遲緩，衹顧着低頭刷手機，對客人訴求消極對待。更離譜的是，開發票時竟要求我給好評！請問貴酒店哪一點值得好評？是拖延解決問題的速度，還是敷衍塞責的服務態度？
這次經歷讓我對貴酒店的軟實力徹底失望，希望管理層重視問題，認真改進，別再讓其他客人有如此糟糕的體驗！

前台小姐姐的服務態度好好好，酒店位置就在 道真縣政府附近，宵夜，吃飯，出行 辦事都很方便，酒店的早餐也很豐富，自助化的多樣性， 這個價格 入住酒店性價比很良心了，建議各位外地出差人員，值得入住哦
