Pet friendly Hotels Daocheng

Snow Garden Hotel is almost a ******* Museum: on almost every wall is something of cultural interest. As is so often the case in China the group of young women on reception duties band together to help the linguistically challenged foreign tourist. The hotel is situated in Jinzhu Town, which is about half way between Daocheng Airport and Yading Scenic Area, helpful for acclimatisation. It is on one of the main streets, with easy access to shops and eateries.

Walking into this hotel, I felt very spacious and the hotel staff was very enthusiastic to serve us. In addition to the neat and clean rooms, there are also fitness equipment, which provides free exercise for tourists, which is really good👍

Excellent customer service. The two front desk customer service officers are extremely helpful. I have difficulties booking my transportation to a certain location. They finally booked one for me after trying for several hours. They never give up. I am extremely grateful. When I came back from 20km hike, the front desk lady knowing that offered and gave me the foot pot for warm water treatment which was very helpful.

The room is clean and tidy, the supporting facilities are complete, the parking is convenient, the room is very spacious and bright, beautiful, the hot spring water washes away the fatigue of the day, the night sleep is very quiet, the waiter is very good, the boss is very enthusiastic, shopping is convenient, there is a big supermarket downstairs, I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

There are no charging stations in the parking garage. The hotel is relatively new. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. When I asked for help to print homework for my child, they were very enthusiastic to print and bind it for me. There are four pillows in the hotel. The two on the top have changed pillowcases, but the two on the bottom should not have changed. There are oil spots on the ends, and there are no marks of folding after washing. The room is dark, and it is recommended to provide a desk lamp, otherwise you can only do homework in the bathroom. The biggest advantage of the room is that the bathroom flow is very reasonable, with two entrances and exits.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s so comfortable to take a hot spring bath all day long. The room has floor heating and plenty of hot water. At such a high altitude, the hotel’s hardware facilities are really important‼ ️ In addition, special thanks to the hotel guy, who helped guide us when we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. I finally took a starry sky photo during this trip. It was amazing👍👍I will come back next time

Not only is the environment here good, but the service is really good and beyond expectations. We can also take you to the town for free. If we have to go to the bus terminal in the morning, the boss is willing to get up very early to take us there. It’s really nice that the boss is also here. Pears and apples grown by yourself are delicious

📍Location: The hotel is about 30 minutes' drive from Daocheng Yading Scenic Area. The whole road is easy to walk. It is near the snow mountain, with an altitude of nearly 3,600 meters (don't worry about hypoxia, the hotel provides oxygen concentrators for free), and it is very quiet at night. 🥘Food: There are relatively few restaurants around. You can order food at the hotel. Dinner is served until 9 pm, so I ordered food in advance on WeChat and informed the arrival time. The recommended beef blanket (should be this name) is a bit like boiled beef covered with a piece of dough. It tastes very good and the portion is large. I also ordered a plateau potato twice-cooked pork. The potato is thin and crispy. My wife likes it very much. However, because it is in Sichuan, the dishes are spicy. Friends who can't eat spicy food should make notes in advance. 🧑🏻💼Service: The staff are polite and kind. The boy who met me is tall and thin. He pays attention to service details and is very considerate. When we checked out the next day, we met a gentleman who looked like the boss. He chatted with us and introduced the history of the hotel. It turned out that the hotel has been around for 20 years. It was demolished and rebuilt in 2018, and it took 4 years to build. 🛏️Guest room: clean, warm and detail-oriented, Toshiba smart toilet, IKEA cups, humidifiers, what I found particularly magical was that the combs provided were not plastic disposables, but small wooden combs, which were so cute that I took them away haha. The water volume was sufficient and the hot water came out quickly. The bedding was clean and hygienic. 💖Highlight: Of course it was the hot springs. After the hell hike in Aden, soaking in the hot springs was so relaxing. There are many pools, including high-temperature and low-temperature areas, and wooden barrel areas that local *******s prefer. There is also an infinity pool. At night, you can watch cars passing by on the road below from time to time. The a**osphere is so good. It is said that there is also a ”wild pool” surrounded by stones under construction. This is an inn with Tibetan characteristics that I personally think is the most touristy. The owner is Tibetan and the people are very nice. The small courtyard of the inn has a very good environment. It is full of flowers and apple trees. You can bubble tea in the yard and live very slowly. There is a special yak hot pot inside, there is a coffee shop, the environment is very good
