I booked a two-bedroom room, which was very large and comfortable, and convenient for traveling with parents and children. The housekeeper contacted me in advance and informed me of the route to enter by car. The decoration of the villa is a bit exaggerated, which is not my type, but it is big and clean enough. The service staff is responsive and will pick you up when you go out to play. The pool is also cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before helping to drain the water. The facilities are complete, and the dry steam and wet steam rooms are great. There are also services such as door-to-door foot bath and massage. It is very suitable for a family vacation. It is a good experience to stay for two nights.

First time staying at Ocean Flower Island and Castle Hotel. Huge hotel with 5000+ rooms. We did not expect to find some facilities (e.g. swimming pools, etc) are closed for maintenance. Free shuttle bus to & from the railway station provides convenience for guests. While the front desk staff might not be as knowledgeable & helpful in our queries, the personal butler had provided us with excellent service. She is accessible via WeChat and highly responsive to all our queries. Thank you 管家 晓月 for making our stay a pleasant one!

Stay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show. The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road. The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby. Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.

If it weren’t for the fact that the children were asleep and I was afraid that they would wake up and make trouble, I really didn’t want to hold it in all night. This night was simply mine. Nightmare. But one thing to say, the service of the lady at the check-in front desk was very warm. When I saw that I brought children, I upgraded to a parent-child room. The service was also very enthusiastic and gave snacks to the children, which was personalized. Restaurant waiters are also friendly As the only old hotel with a good brand reputation in Danzhou City, I don't know how to describe the room like this.

端午放假我們一家入住洋浦迎賓館，進入大堂感覺很高大上，前台小姐姐也很熱情服務。房間非常豪華，且乾淨衞生整潔。站在洋浦地標性建築物的豪華客房，一覽整個洋浦、馬井的美景，賓館旁邊還有一個園中園花園美極了。五樓康樂區還有游泳館、小童樂園、健身房、桌球室、乒乓球室等等，小孩玩得不亦樂乎，這次入住體驗非常滿意。
