想要入住此酒店的請看完我發生的事後謹慎考慮吧。晚上十點辦理入住當時並沒有上去房間 吃完飯凌晨兩點回到酒店後發現房門是打開的 重點是辦入住時並沒有告知房門是打開的 就是辦理完入住的時間裏誰都可以進去這個房間 下樓跟前台反應情況 跟我説他們酒店所有房間打掃完後就會一直開門直到有客人入住 那中間的時段如果有閑雜人等進去過房間那該如何處理呢？後續要求更換房間 和我説沒房更換 衹有其他房型了要補差價 你們酒店自身的問題還要求我補差價？那我要求取消訂單 前台拒絕 連房間最起碼的私隱性和安全性都沒法保障的酒店不知道是如何管理的 後面要求經理出來 也是説 我們酒店就是這樣的 還反咬我們找藉口理由要退房 一直避開房門這個問題 並質問我們為什麼辦理入住後不上去房間看？ 很搞笑 為什麼在辦理入住時不告知情況 而是我後面查看後才告訴我 後面戴眼鏡的應該是男老闆出來 也是態度惡劣大聲吼叫 説我們沒事找事 説退是不可能給你退的 他住的所有酒店都是房門打開的 簡直把我笑到了 後面還是平台給我退款才解決此事 最最最噁心的事 我們換酒店入住要求店家把我們的身份證退出公安系統 女經理答應了説會退 等到我們到了下一家酒店後平台打電話給我説 酒店要取消訂單後才給退身份證件 ？？？ 早要求取消訂單的時候你們幹嘛了 還是想取消訂單害怕我把這件事點評出來？挺心機的 女經理和男老闆一直在推卸責任避開房門打開這個問題 並質問和責怪顧客問什麼辦理入住後不去看房間 可笑 你們酒店是有義務告知我們房門這個情況的 為什麼你們不提前告知顧客這個情況呢？ 那條街上的酒店還挺多的 這家就謹慎選擇吧！
