設施：沒有洗漱用品，衞生紙是之前客人用過的，吹風機壞的，門眼拿紙塞住的，隔音幾乎沒有隔壁的小孩吵鬧聽的清清楚楚，電視遙控器沒電，洗衣機上面一層厚灰，房間小的很，樓梯扶手不安全，
衞生：很不乾淨，看圖，洗手間一層垢，就一條毛巾上面還有一根毛，不給浴巾，中午入住要了晚上才給送，牆根一週發黴掉漆，櫃子里根本沒有打掃過，全是灰，二樓地面也全是灰，枕頭上有黑印子，床上有類似沙子的小顆粒
環境：車不讓進小區，得走很遠一段路，進出海花島1號島需要打車，不方便
服務：幾乎沒有，老闆語氣讓人惱火，又不是我們求着住你這裏，求着你給我們房間密碼，而且到了説上一個客人還沒有退房，我們把行李放在門口老闆一開始説給我們拿到住的房間，後面又讓我們自己拿，如果不是懶得換了絕對不會住這裏，
