I think I have been severely overcharged for my one night stay in your hotel.

Since the building is new, it’s clean but it wasn’t look professional showing blues tape for paint still hang in bathroom.
We had dinner in Ramsay’s Kitchen, $85 of Rib eye steak was too salty and over seasoning, the fish of fish & chip seemed to cook multiple times. The food and drinks over priced in hotel.
The ****** dealer and supervisor need to improve their handling of players when a dealer makes a mistake.

After paying $230.00 for a one night stay, I was charged an additional $192.99 and then another 43.34 . I am not happy with these “hidden” charges and feel that I was scammed by Caesars Virginia (not Travelocity).

New property. Very nice room except no body wash in shower. For these prices everything should be perfect. I did not like the resort fee being tacked on at check-in. Quiet rooms.

Electric power and internet went out in hotel on 03/26/2025. My room had no electrical power or internet service for more than 8 hrs. Guest hotel room cost should be partially credited for the inconvenience.
