This hotel was outstanding. The staff is the best part of it. They are all so sweet, are always smiling, so friendly and always greet with a warm personality. I have not had exceptional customer service like that in a very long time. Also, it is the cleanest one I have ever been too, and it smells so good from the time you walk in the front door. I would stay there over and over. There are to many good things for me to fit into this review but it is the best by far I have ever stayed at in my life. They were so great to me and my family.

I had a wonderful stay😁 Had an issue with the television when I first got into the room, but the staff was quick to come to my rescue! My first time going on a solo trip. I actually had a better time than I thought I would! Can’t wait to come back!

The Holbrook is the cutest little hotel. It’s got this postmodern design that is just adorable and charming. The staff there are just so sweet. I think Brooke was at the front desk and when she checked in, she was so nice giving us advice on the best restaurants in town. We will definitely go back there again.

Great hotel the staff went above and beyond clean we stayed in one of their suite everyone was exceptional and very helpful The Holbrook need to give training to other hotels couldn't stayed at a better place forever grateful to the lovely staff there

The hotel has a luxurious feel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. There were bicycles available for riding around town. Our king suite had a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. Tons of natural sunlight from the windows. Bed was comfortable and lots of lighting and space in the bathroom . Room was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend the resturants within walking distance. We ate at two of them. Very good. Everyone is very friendly. We also ate at the Golden Leaf about 5 minute drive away. Across the parking lot of the hotel is a market that sells fresh vegetables, and homemade items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed here for a business trip to Danville. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me early check-in and even offering dining suggestions. My room was spacious and clean with wonderful amenities. The location is walking distance to some great dining spots for both breakfast and dinner. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! We will be back in the future! The bed was super comfy and the cleanliness was even better! The front desk staff upon check in and out were absolutely outstanding and accommodating! I would love to check out thier sister property one day , but this one will be hard to beat!

I can’t express how top notch the service is as well, the hotel was very clean, modern, well appointed and secured at night. It was peaceful, bed was comfy and within walking distance of food and coffee. As a business traveler there was an area to do work and a separate chair. Additionally a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. I definitely recommend

What made the Holbrook was not the bed which was comfortable, the towels which were plentiful, the cleanliness which was spotless and the decor which is mid-modern. Rather it was the staff and especially Anna at the front desk. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend the Holbrook Hotel to anyone passing through Danville.
