我長期希望入住Candlewood品牌酒店,這次訂的兩個卧室套房還是不錯,寬敞。廚房有一點點舊。酒店工作人員很熱心,服務很好,很友善。在公共區域抽煙碰到一位帥氣男士,非常友善地跟我聊天,結果是酒店的總經理,非常有親和力。馬路對面就是Costco,很方便。如果下次來,還可以考慮這家酒店。

Service and Amenities section would have scored “5” if there was an iron in the room. The ironing board was present. Location is tricky because you learn from listening to Directions that you must drive through a plaza and pass a Planet Fitness, then take a right turn. Some signage to Property would be helpful. Otherwise, I had a great stay, and will go again.

Do not stay here. I noticed bites on my arms and legs after my stay so I suspected bed bugs. I sent an urgent email to the hotel asking them to look into this and did not get a response. I followed up a day or so later and still no response. I reached out to IHG for help with the matter, and while they got the hotel to “investigate and respond”, they refuse to do anything else. Finally got a response almost a week later. The manager Montavious was very rude and condescending. He said he “couldn’t respond to something he didn’t receive” and got snappy that I didn’t send it to his personal email. How could I have had his personal email? Why is the hotel email not good enough? He said they didn’t find anything but then said he “remembered speaking with me”. This was our first interaction which means someone else must have also complained about bed bugs. IHG allows the hotel to do their own investigation rather than sending someone out so they essentially take the hotel’s word for it. What’s worse is, after everything, IHG refuses to do anything to rectify this. I paid for this room using rewards points to which I had to purchase additional points in order to have enough to book the room. IHG Guest Relations insists there is nothing they can do. How as corporate guest relations can you not refund my points purchase or issue my points back? I didn’t buy these through the hotel. I am a rewards member and 9/10 times, choose IHG when I travel. But after this experience, I will no longer stay at their properties. This goes beyond the hotel at this point. This is a customer service issue. IHG would rather lose thousands of dollars in business than simply refund me the 80$ I spent on rewards points. They don’t value their customers or their rewards members. So I would urge others to avoid their properties altogether.

Wonderful experience very comfortable. My wife does work for her family's business and it was nice to get away so that she could get work done out of the hectic office environment. Great customer service and clean rooms.

This did not struck me as the safest place. People were fighting on my floor and people were screaming in the parking lot. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere. I was a single female on this trip. So if you match that discription or these issues matter to you. I would just shell out a little more money to visit the area. It is very conveniently located to Salem and Boston. But it wasn’t worth it. Other things happened but I’ll just sum it up as an uncomfortable experience.
