This trip was perfect and warm, with complete facilities and every detail showing care. The clean and tidy environment instantly made me feel great, as if all my worries had vanished. The beautiful environment unfolded like a painting, and I was immersed in it and forgot the hustle and bustle of the world. The thoughtful service was touching, and every smile and every care warmed my heart. Especially in this season, when I entered the room, the air conditioner and floor heating were already turned on in advance, and the caring care made me feel the warmth of home. Check-in: Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made. The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead. Rooms: Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated. Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good. Amenities: The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant. Bathroom: The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess. The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there. Service: The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.

At night, the child accidentally spilled Coke on the sheets. It was reasonable to deduct money to wash off the chromosomes, but the boss said that the child did not deliberately. The store washed the chromosomes at its own expense. Thank you very much to the boss. I will stay at this hotel. It is recommended! The room is large and clean, and the environment is very good. The main entrance is a snack street in the scenic area. The back door is a big lotus pond. The lotus pond goes uphill to Jia Ping's former residence. The breakfast is also very rich, with cold and hot dishes. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the bath water temperature in the room on the first floor is not very easy to adjust, the nozzle leaks and needs to be replaced, and the water is not smooth. The rest of the feeling is very good, the boss is very good!

The room can be big! The parking lot can also park more than 20 cars! The front desk service is very good! Next time I travel, I will go to this hotel.
