服務人員專業，訂房後就提前電話聯繫了，發可定位訊息和一些入住訊息，房間空調也提前幫忙打開了，辦理入住後，主動幫拿行李，態度很好，環境優美，衞生好，房間裏可以看到水系景觀，小小的露台被樹蔭覆蓋，非常涼爽愜意，大片的草坪非常養眼。退房後還發生了小插曲，充電線落在房間了，還好工作人員很快就幫忙找到了。

先説客房的服務：青年公寓的服務特別好，有求必應，原本定了大床房去辦入住的時候前台帶着把户型看了一下當即決定升了套房。提前一晚加了管家微信，有什麼注意事項都交待得很清楚。滿分好評。
再説環境：太好轉了，帶着小寶寶感覺比古鎮好玩多了，還沒什麼人，可能是沒到暑假的緣故有點子冷清，再開發一些親子活動設施就更好了。
設施方面：房間的設施都符合這個價位的水準，衞浴都是科勒品牌的，熱水非常足，房間乾淨沒有異味，窗簾和紗簾是分開電控的，電視可以投屏，套房的上下鋪安全性也可以，兩歲多的小朋友可以自己無師自通爬上爬下。房間裏有冰箱和保險箱，雖然沒有配備洗浴拖鞋但浴室防滑做得很好，洗浴用品是全套的佰草集，就是雖然是四人間但洗漱和洗浴用品給的都是兩人份的。
最後是最大的槽點也是唯一想吐槽的地方：就是那個供應早餐的水上餐廳！真是無語了！早飯以炒菜為主，但攜程農莊這種主打親子的，早飯的菜居然都有辣椒！萵筍和土豆絲這種有必要嗎？…沒有一個菜小孩能吃的，最後就是幹啃玉米和主食稀飯，打掃也不及時。中午本來想在那吃，進門前台一個都沒在，一羣男人在進門的桌子上圍着吞雲吐霧，，吸煙的男人之一還態度超好，很熱情給老闆打了好幾個電話説馬上來了，但是等了十幾分鍾也沒等到餐廳管事的，最後還是開車去鎮上吃了牛肉火鍋。
反正大概就是服務態度很熱情，但是硬傷就還是硬傷。
題外話：不着急中午入住的可以等等晚上甩賣價（如圖，同户型房價中午和晚上差了近300。

環境：非常好，封閉式管理，像公園一樣，服務能可以，綜合下來能達到四星標準，就是離高速路有點近，白天有點吵，其他來説沒什麼缺點，特別適合二人度假，下次還會再來的
