The hotel is just a five minute walk from the railway station which makes early departures and late night arrivals very feasible. I was out all day against low temperature, strong wind and rain and was therefore very pleased with the super hot water coming off the shower. Next to the elevator there are chairs and small tables where you can take your own coffee to in the morning and have a good bird’s eye view of the intersection outside.

Reception courteous and friendly but the hotel lobby is small and allows people to smoke is 🤪 as I was waiting for the elevator to my room. I book a discounted room so everything is as discounted. Clean bedsheets but dirty carpet flooring, traces of food crumbs, nail clipping, egg shells. Toilet is clean with basic amenities but clogged drainage . Towels needs changing or replaced. Room service only clears rubbish but do not tidy the bed or replace used towels
