Dandong Hotels with Gym

This was an amazing stay. While it wasn't directly on the river, my room had an eventful river view and it was about an 8ish minute walk to the river and Yalu Bridge. This hotel is connected to a mall with some pastry shops, noodles, a pizza restaurant and a starbucks so in the dead of winter (we came in Feb) it was convenient. A huge perk is the fact that it was a stones throw from the rail station, about 5 minutes walking. Thank you to 王君瑶 Coco Wang for helping make our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel.

When checking in, the front desk Jackie was very good ，and politely introduced me to local specialties, recommended delicious food， and fun places, arranged a non-smoking room, and even took the initiative to help me write a travel card. She is really a good girl. The Yalu River is very beautiful， and can be used for a boat ride. The ticket price is 60 yuan, which is very cost-effective. There are many Korean restaurants along the river with Korean girls' service. We chose one of them and watched a beautiful song and dance performance, which was magnificent. They have a natural feeling. At the end, I went to Andong Old Street, where there were many delicious and cheap snacks, and it was very lively. In the evening, I had a drink at the hotel lobby bar, The waiter is fluent in English， and enthusiastically talks about local specialties. The people here are very enthusiastic, and I really like them

Good location from the river walkway to the broken bridge. Also a 15 minute taxi ride to the railway station made it very convenient. Best Western style and Chinese breakfast one could ask for as well as ongoing friendly service. The coffee could be better, but cannot compare it to a coffee shop. Spacious warm rooms made it the perfect place to rest and relax after a busy day (during winter). Will definitely be back if I return to Dandong

The advantages and disadvantages of the hotel are obvious. The advantage is the superior geographical location, facing the Broken Bridge of the Yalu River, and it is not far to walk to the two cruise ship docks. The parking lot is large and has sufficient parking spaces, but the hotel accepts external vehicles, which makes the privacy of the guests staying in the hotel much worse. During the day, the car will most likely be parked far away from the back entrance of the hotel. The disadvantages are old facilities and old decoration style. If you ignore the advantages of the geographical location, the decoration and facilities are not as good as those of the Four Seasons Hotel. The breakfast is just edible, and the staff service is the most unsatisfactory. If the old hardware such as facilities is a problem that cannot be solved in the short term, then the soft conditions such as service attitude should be solved immediately. I hope the hotel can provide corresponding services according to the corresponding star rating.

Personally, I feel the hotel is very good! The view outside the window is very beautiful ~ The hotel is very close to Moon Island. There is a Moon Island Night Market next to the hotel without crossing the bridge. You can go shopping and eat snacks at night. There is a cafe on Moon Island. The experience of watching North Korea is very good. If you don’t want to spend money on a cruise, you can go to Moon Island to see North Korea. Scan the QR code telescope to clearly see the North Korean buildings and people on the other side. It is very convenient to take a taxi in Dandong. It is very convenient to go to the Dandong Ship, the Broken Bridge of the Yalu River, the Memorial Hall of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, Gaoli Street, and Andong Old Street from the hotel. It is my first time in Dandong. I like this city. I hope to come again if I have the chance.

Location ideal :very close to Railway Station ( 5 to 10 mins walk away).. Foodcourt, restaurants, shopping malls close by. Very clean and comfortable bedroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet style Chinese and Western delicious. Will definitely stay here again when I'm next in Dandong.

Alright location but not as close to the river as the name suggests. There's no river view. Taxis had difficulty coming into the hotel lobby. The hotel is a bit old but maintained okay. The fader on the reading light didn't work. They gave us only two pillows for a Queen bed. On the plus side they have put in those great japanese style toilets with heated seats. Nice touch.

This hotel is nicer than a lot of big name chain hotels. Very modern-looking and clean. I have only one suggestion - if you could add a pack of instant coffee to the tea provided in the room, it would be great for us who need our coffee as soon as we wake up! The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Dandong Railway Station. It is located in the old town of Dandong. It is very clean, has a smart toilet, and has good service. The room has windows, good ventilation, and good sound insulation. The breakfast variety is average, but it is enough to eat normally and there are also choices

Very nice hotel. Free coffee in the lobby. Nice, light and clean room. Quite modern. Unfortunately we got a two bed room instead of one big bed but we didn’t tried to change which would have been probably possible. Also convenient for business trips. (Desk and chair.)
