Excellent hotel overall with comfortable rooms and an overall pleasant atmosphere. One basic issue is that there is inadequate lighting in the center of the room. There is a hall light, a desk light, and a light in the far corner near the window. But the center of the room is lacking lighting other than overly bright reading lights. My only other issue was a presumed one off. I grazed something sharp on the carpet and discovered about a 3/4 inch sharp pin sticking directly upwards from the carpet. I was fortunate to not have stepped directly on it. I brought the pin to the front desk and showed the desk crew the actual pin. I did not ask for compensation but the fellow said he would compensate us somehow. That compensaion did not happen and I chose to not bring it up again. Overall, I recommned this hotel.

We stay at Hotel Zero often due to family in the area. The location is right off 84 which is very convenient, it is always clean, comfortable beds, has breakfast in the morning and plenty of free parking. The last time we stayed there we had a hiccup but the manager was prompt to remedy the situation.

This is a very cheaply built hotel with little in mind about customer experience. There is no isolation from any noise between rooms and from corridors. Incredibly disruptive for rest. No coffee in the rooms, no vanity mirror, nothing of the small things in a hotel to make you feel welcomed. And very cheap construction. Shower gel bottles in the bathroom empty. Unaccommodating and limited breakfast. The location is quiet though. Restaurant has pretty bad food and terrible service. Do not recommend this hotel and certainly does not justify the price.

The walls are very, very thin! My elderly mother couldn’t get any sleep as of the people that were taking advantage of the “couples package” were puttinh on quite the show… If you are going to be selling the couples package, I recommend you considering a different approach: - Have thicker walls so sounds don’t go into other peoples rooms - Put all of the couples nearby each other and put non-couples in a separate area - Enforce a curfew for loud extra curricular activities Other than that the Hotel was fine.

Rooms spacious, beds so comfortable. Front staff very helpful ( Nicole, Amanda, Brittany, William. I was Mother of the Bride. Tara restaurant food for wedding reception was outstanding . Emilly the coordinator made sure everything ran smooth. Sam bartender did great and I sorry I did not get other names. And service by all others involved were excellent.

The hotel is located in the leafy suburbs and business park outside of Danbury … it is new and has real potential but falls short in a number of key areas … the rooms are large with good beds TV a couch but spartan … there is no shelves or draws for clothes so you have to live out of a suitcase … The aircon was effective but industrial and roared on auto turning on and off rather than a subtle continuous flow … There was only one mirror in the room and no soft throw or blanket … the bathroom was disappointing with loads of space and there could have been a generous bath … but sadly none … it felt like the designer was in minimalist phase rather than being cosy and generous … A real missed opportunity … The final sad thing is there is no coffee shop breakfast place! … just an alcove with packets of cereal and packages of cake … Oh for poached eggs hash browns bacon salmon fresh lettuce greek yogurt fresh fruit muesli yummy fresh bread butter … Never mind … there is a restaurant that is not part of the hotel … huh? … do you can’t put food on your room … and they don’t do breakfast … But do deep fried everything for lunch and dinner … The bar … Again not part of the hotel … Is good well stocked with good bar staff … So all in all a real missed opportunity and unless you have a car it is a very long walk to find a cafe for breakfast that makes and sells decent food …

The vibe of this hotel is “entitled millennial”. We were there with a wedding block and it appears this hotel caters to wedding guests as there were at least three other wedding blocks. The decor is modern in the lobby and rooms. However there is no practicality when looking beneath the slick decorations. There are no drawers in the rooms and only a tiny closet. Get ready to live out of your suitcase. The breakfast area is utter chaos. Too small for the number of people it’s trying to serve. The best part of our stay was the housekeeping which was excellent. We paid over $300 per night at the group rate and expected at least a free bottle of water — (they charge $3.50). Would not stay here again as there are many other choices in the area.
