Réceptionniste sympathique, la chambre est propre, fonctionnelle et le lit est confortable. Au niveau du petit-déjeuner c'est le basique de chez basique. Il y a moyen de faire mieux. Je me permets d'ajouter que quelques "clients" sont un peu limite et semblent souffrir de certaines addictions ce qui donne un sentiment d'insécurité.

Clean room, no-smell, no carpet, wood floors. Newly re-done room. Modern decor. Jay the manager fixed a problem had with *******. Staff very nice Becky was very helpful All good. Would recommend for business travelers. Free breakfast was OK.

When I arrived I got a room on the Lower level. I thought to myself that it’s going to be humid but maybe I’ll get through it. As the night lingered on the room was too damp and the humidity got worse. By two in the morning I had enough and couldn’t sleep. I went to the front desk and they accommodated me with another room. Thank you.

We booked a block of rooms for my son's wedding which was being held a few miles away at Candlewood Inn. The location to the venue was perfect. The rooms were all nice, clean and recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The King suites are quite large. The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating the room block as well as making recommendations for services nearby, making the whole process of the weekend easier. We used the conference room for hair and make up and the space was perfect. Large, roomy with great tables and chairs. Next door to the hotel is a new, large 7-11 with a taco restaurant attached which made early morning and late night snacking a breeze! There is a small continental breakfast in the lobby included which worked well for those who just wanted to grab some toast or cereal or a waffle. The front desk staff was helpful and distributed our welcome bags as guests checked in. Everything from planning through check out was wonderful.

The hallways smelled horrible, as if a giant cat had sprayed the whole corridor. The room was clean and once the ac unit kicked in the terrible smell went away until you opened the room door again. The breakfast was a very weak continental with a waffle machine. Won’t return to this place.

Very disappointing. Check-in was unpleasant and room was incredibly hot. Made for uncomfortable night. Breakfast was terrible. Cereal, white toast, and packaged sweet bakery. Plus the cereal dispenser had not been cleaned between fills.

I stayed there one year ago and they overcharged my credit card. It took a week of fighting to get my money back. Figuring it may of been an honest mistake I stayed there one year later and they did it again. This time I had all my reservation information printed. When I checked in they had already charged my card at a much higher rate than agreed upon. Once again it took several emails and a treat to place fraud charges before I received a refund on the over charge.

Beware!! They took my credit card number, made additional charges….like DOUBLE what they quoted me! They also used my card to make a $40 personal web purchase!! They’ve been reported. Stay away from this place!

The property and room was filthy! The room smelled like mildew. Shower curtain had a bunch of mildew on it. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The room floor was dirty. Bottle cap found on the floor. Hallways were gross/ not clean.
