The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a big plus. We didn’t visit Vans, the attached building filled with food, games, and spirits, but was very convenient.

We stayed for one night. The staff were AWESOME from the front desk, to the breakfast, to anyone who worked at the hotel, they all spoke and were pleasant!!! The hotel is dated and the walls are thin but it was clean and was what we needed for sleeping. There was a pizza place/arcade connected to the hotel. The breakfast was your usual with seating. They have an outdoor pool as well as an outdoor sitting area. We would return if we were in the area.

I have stayed many times at this hotel because it is a convenient distance between frequent destinations and home. During my recent stay I enjoyed peace and quiet, a comfortable room and of course a good breakfast. Above all, I want to mention how warmly I was greeted by Diane at the front desk. I checked in late after a VERY long day and her warm and friendly welcome made my night. Thank you, Diane, for outstanding customer service!

I travel with my own pillow but loved one of theirs :-) The clerk who greeted me was more than friendly but shared in the joy of the reason for my visit to Danbury. After driving alone for 2 days to get there, she was amazing...and continued to call out to me as i came and went over the entire weekend, knowing what this trip meant to me.

I needed to join an important work call, asked the front desk before checking in if the wifi was good and was told yes. I followed all the instructions to join wifi. Had to reschedule my call because the participants couldn’t hear me because the connection kept dropping. Check in is at 3 and I was out of the hotel by around 3:25, checked into the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:28 (see pictures). Manager refuses to refund me and they have a very nasty attitude. Low quality service which I guess is what you can expect from a low quality hotel.
