Breakfast is not a buffet, which is a bit inconvenient. The hotel is a bit old, but still quite clean. There are many shops around, making it very convenient to eat, shop and travel.

As expected, the hotel was very clean and the staff quite friendly. However. Silvia went above what we expected to make us feel at home. She is a wonderfully kind lady. We had our 6 month old husky puppy with us and were concerned she might bother other guests. Silvia assured us not to worry at all.

Professional and polite staff. We reserved 2 rooms last minute, one handicap and one regular. While clean and spacious. Handicap room had to low bed, so we had to switch rooms, which had a high bed, but no hand rails over the very low height toilet. Staff was aware, but corporate has not changed design. Unfortunately can't recommend for handicap / elderly travelers

Wonderful stay....people were nice and courteous....Kristin the GM was there every day from morning to night...helping her staff and customers...room was clean and made up everyday...bed was comfortable and great....breakfast was perfect....loved staying there will do so again....

Pros: Hotel seems to be new or newly renovated. Bed was very nice. Location has several stores and food options nearby. Cons: Staff had problems finding my reservation upon check-in.(I booked through the Marriott App). The ONLY thing given to Titanium Elite mebers are a few points or a $10 food credit(No breakfast, market item, etc)This is the first Courtyard I have stayed in that doesnt do anything for Bonvoy status members, and I have over 1,000 Marriott stays.

Silvia greeted me immediately as I walked in and did an outstanding job of helping me get settled after a rough trip. She is very friendly and professional. Hotel is clean and has nice amenities. There seems to be many restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Silvia and Jennifher at the front desk were so nice! I stayed to talk to them for a while during checkout. They also helped when my key deactivated. The hotel is clean, and I will definitely be back the next time I have business in Danbury. The lobby has a coffee shop and big tv for sports games.

Great alternative in the Danbury area. Room was fresh (looked recently renovated). Good breakfast options and free starbucks coffee. The staff was super friendly (both food/beverage and the front desk). Plenty of parking and good restaurant options nearby (higher end for work dinners, quick casual, some international options).

Silvia, Jennifer and Jonathan at the hotel did a great job welcoming us after traveling a distance. Hotel stay was perfect, very clean rooms. There was a snow storm and the staff did a great job with the removal of the snow as well. We appreciated the chocolate chip cookies they had as well, they were absolutely delicious!
