The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't open the window. As a result, I felt very isolated in the room, like I was in a box or a cave. Also, the lighting in the room was weak, so it was kind of dark.
Dear Hotel plz change your window and let ppl breath fresh air in your rooms.

I just want to thank all the Staff from the front desk for helping and comforting the guests they were very professional, especially Mr. Eslam, Mr. Surya, and Ms. Koshilea they provided an Excellent room with a fantastic gulf view, everything was amazing, and the room is cozy and very clean,  
also, Thanks to Mr. Mark, Ms. Michelle and Ms, Lovely from Sevilla restaurant the dinner and breakfast were amazing, and too many choices. 
my kids were very satisfied with the Swimming pool and slides and also kids club.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. What truly made my experience exceptional, though, was the outstanding service.

A special thank you to Ali, who went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference and truly enhanced my visit.

I highly recommend this hotel—not only for the quality of the accommodations but also for the excellent staff like Ali who make guests feel genuinely valued.

It is a quiet resort resort.
Many office workers and family vacationers come here.

Alcohol and food can be purchased nearby.

There is a swimming pool.

The beach is shallow, so it is good for children to play.

Very nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good.

The hotel was previously Intercontinental. However, I believe no major refurbishment has taken place thereafter.

The hotel staff were helpful but still had less idea on how to manage the peak rush hours during the holidays.

Rooms are big and spacious but the washrooms are very old style and needs change.

Food had variety but no taste and was cold the staff had no idea that the food is cold and not enjoyable.

I would rate an overall 3 out 5.
