The room is good and safe. The service is also good. I went to the front desk to store my bag. The lady was very nice. She helped me put my bag in their inner room and remembered my name. When I went to get it, she recognized me and helped me push it out. Breakfast was also OK. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes up the small hill to watch the sunrise. It is very cost-effective.
The room is good and safe. The service is also good. It took me 10min from This hotel to beach, and also 10min to a small hill for sunrise. Highly recommended.

The hotel was conveniently located across from the beach. Parking was terrible, only made for small vehicles. We drive a duly Ram truck and it could hardly fit in the parking stalls. We asked Valerie at the front desk where we could park and she was very abrupt. We even showed her our truck and she said we should park down below the hotel at a lower level. We explained that our truck wouldn’t fit down there and she was very rude and insisted that where we had to park. While attempting to down to the lower parking level we scrapped the entire side of our truck causing over $6000 in damages. We would have never attempted to park down at the lower level if she wasn’t so rude.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. honestly, if we hadn’t just come off a 6-hour drive from Arizona and needed to feed our family, we would’ve walked right out even sooner. The room was filthy, everything was stained. The floors, couches, rug, curtains, and even the tub had visible stains, snot, mildew, dirt, and who knows what else. Dust particles were vents and fan they had. It smelled musty, It felt like a low-budget roadside motel, but I was being charged beachside hotel prices. And despite not even staying, they still charged me. What made it worse was that I’m an Elite member with Best Western, and I was still treated like a third party member and my experience didn’t matter much. I didn’t even give them a chance to fix the issue because my family was too disgusted, and honestly, the man at the front desk already seemed frustrated and distracted with a phone call. I wasn’t about to create a scene or be labeled a “Karen,” in front of others checking in and even though I had every reason to be upset it was not worth a scene. The guy even said oh your checking out quick, didn’t even bother to ask if anything happened and why I was Checking out. I have pictures to back all of this up. I would absolutely never recommend this location and seriously question staying at any Best Western Plus again. Total disappointment.

Room had an odor, no pet relief area even though it is labeled "pet friendly". Most of the hotel staff is pleasant however I had a negative experience with the manager named lynn. He is very combative, condescending and overall extremely passive aggressive and confrontational. Learn how to treat people with respect.
