-sehr schönes Hotel, netter Service, alles geklappt
-Leider wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass für Buchungen über eine Buchungsplattform (Auch Trip.com) eine SONDERGEBUEHR von EUR 45.-- pro Person für die Benutzung der Sauna/Spa etc. anfällt, sobald man die Bademäntel benutzt. Sehr leicht zu übersehen, auch in den Bedingungen von Trip.com, wo die Sauna als gratis dasteht, nur "Spa" als kostenpflichtig
-Gebühr Garage ebenfalls EUR 25.-- pro Nacht

Traumlage, Service leider unzureichend für die Kategorie. Kaputte Dusche bei Einzug, netter aber deutlich überforderter Restaurant-Service, recht kalte Sauna & Pool, unzureichender Wifi-Access auf dem Zimmer, etc etc Wir kommen leider nicht wieder. Auch wenn die Lage ein Traum ist, hapert es eben an der Umsetzung.

Unverschämt schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Ein Appartementpreis von über 1300.- Euro weckt entsprechend hohe Erwartungen an Design und Qualität. Ein paar Designelemente auf der Webseite lassen diese auch Erwarten. Vor Ort ist das Appartment schäbig renoviert und schlecht gereinigt (z.B. staubige Zwiebelschalen auf dem Kühlschrank, alte Krümel im Waffeleisen) das Appartement bleibt miefig trotz regelmässiger intensiver Stosslüftung und aus dem Duschabfluss roch es vor dem ersten Duschen nach Kanalisation (richtig: keine Designbadewanne trotz des Preises). Das W-LAN hatte nur neben der Eingangstüre ausreichenden Empfang (Willkommen im Jahr 2025!) Die Liste für die „Wohnung“ lässt sich nach belieben fortsetzen. Die erwähnenswerten positiven Bereiche sind der schöne Spa-Bereich (kostet auch noch extra), die Skylounge und die tolle Lage im Skigebiet. Zusammenfassend ein absolutes don‘t go in dieser Preisklasse!

Freundinnen Wanderurlaub: Walisgaden wunderschön gelegen, inmitten eines vielfältigen Wandergebietes! Großer SPA-Bereich, herzliche und kompetente ungarische Kellner, gute Küche, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Preis-Leistung stimmt! Empfehlung! Tourismusbüro Damüls bietet tolle Wanderführungen und im Sommer wöchentlich Live-Musik!

Skiurlaub: wirklich perfekte Location direkt an der Piste in der Mitte des Skigebiets; wunderschöner und völlig unterschätzter SPA-Bereich; Küche ok mit echt überteuerten Preisen (Cappuccino 5,90 Euro, Kaiserschmarrn 22,90 Euro!!) Personal tw. sehr unfreundlich (gefühlt total unterbesetzt)

We booked our holiday with free cancellation - documented in our written confirmation and on the hotel website. We booked directly via the hotel website. Unfortunately, we had to cancel, and the hotel refused the refund. Terrible experience. If it was outside the cancellation window I would totally understand, but we tried to cancel a week before the free cancellation window. When I tried to talk to them on the phone, she hung up on me! I had to laugh, it's so crazy. Now we have to claim through our credit card company and hope it is resolved. I have all the documentation to prove it. Terrible experience.

Das zur Verfügung gestellte Apartment war ordentlich und sauber, entsprach aber keinesfalls dem Preisniveau. Chefin und Personal sind freundlich, das Essen ist gut. Das Frühstück ist mit 23 Euro pro Person überteuert und bestenfalls Mittelklasse, die angebotenen Säfte sind nahezu ungenießbar.
