The hotel is great, the environment is very good, the breakfast is delicious, the first choice for business trips, the front desk is very warm, there is a gym, the room will be cleaned every day, the room is small, but very compact and warm, will come next time

I am a member of IHG Platinum Card, and I have to live in 30-40 Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Intercontinental around the world in one year. This hotel is not in the center of Paris. It is very convenient if you drive by car, especially for the self-driving tour to Versailles, because the hotel has a three-dimensional parking lot, and it is possible to go to the Concord Square in the city center with UBER. 33 euros. The front desk of the hotel is very warm, the room is normal, especially the red and black carpet, but the room is still very large, in the nearly 120 Holiday Inns I have lived in the world belongs to the middle level.

We had a very nice stay at Novotel Château de Versailles. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant (very good by the way), the barmen and the room cleaners. Rooms are functional and very clean, very silent and calm. Many spaces to relax in the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with a huge choice of everything and very fresh. Close to the center of Versailles and close to bus lines, this hotel was a enjoyable surprise. Thanks to all the team!

Adequate for what we needed- access to Versailles and secure above ground parking. Friendly reception and easy check in. No restaurant although has a good breakfast room. Bar is open in the evening. Hotel is being refurbished which it needs. We noticed an unpleasant smell when we came into the hotel from the car park and did have to ask to change room as the bathroom was very smelly. Hopefully the refurbishment will solve this! Anyway, they were very accommodating and changed our room straight away. Room is ok but again not great for example towels are not bath towel size or very absorbent and no face flannel. Shower gel provided but no shampoo and conditioner. However a shoe shine and shower cap is provided, a couple of cotton wool pads too. There is bottled water provided but not replenished the second night we stayed. Reception isn’t manned all the time so we weren’t able to check if this was an oversight or policy. There is a kettle and limited tea/coffee provided. On the plus side for us, the car park is above ground so we could park our campervan, it’s easy to get into Versailles by bus (2€) and right by a very large shopping centre with various restaurants. Not sure I’d really recommend here or come again but there again it was absolutely adequate for what were our priorities, so I’d possibly sit on the fence and say try it, especially once they have finished the building/painting.

Such an expensive disappointment. Visiting for two nights on business, the property needs a lot of love. No water, tea or coffee making facilities in the room, breakfast buffet closed 35 minutes early one morning, so all I had for a 14 hour day was a very sad looking croissant. Food at the restaurant was awful. Weird concept and i left both nights still being hungry as neither of my meals were at all nice. The Bar was incredibly expensive and lacked any sort of atmosphere. I would do my best to not come back and book into another hotel.

The hotel is in the center of town, right next to the train station. If you're a good walker, you can also make the trip to the Velodrome. The breakfast is decent with a good selection. My room was unusually large for a B&B hotel, which I've never experienced before. The TV and other furnishings also made a good impression. The walls seemed relatively thin. You can't hear every conversation in the room next door, but you can hear a lot from the hallway, and in my case in particular, I kept hearing a knocking noise from the pipes.

The hotel is very beautiful, beautiful room, but the charm is broken when you enter the very dark bathroom and a lamp of grill, no technician in the hotel to intervene. Two very little soap packers for hair and body no hygiene products or accessories, unlike the photos we ask the host who answers that it is only for the privileged rooms. To do this a coffee force to put on four feet because the wire locked behind the refrigerator you need to move to unlock this wire. The breakfast is very good.

Nous avons organisé notre mariage dans la salle de réception du Novotel. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi cet hôtel comme lieux de fête. Le service était impeccable, l’accueil également. Le repas était excellent. Et nous avons pu profiter de faire la fête et ensuite de dormir sur place ! L’équipe est d’une gentillesse et d’un très grand professionnalisme. Marie a été d’une grande aide pour que tout soit parfait le jour J. Je la remercie vivement également pour sa sympathie ainsi que toute son équipe. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très confortables. Je recommande vivement. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour notre mariage qui fut magique ☺️ Caroline & David

We had 2 nights at the Sturgeon with my mother and brother. We had booked 1 double room and 1 single room. The hotel is very well placed to visit Poissy and close to the station and the RER. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean and we had the view of the Seine was beautiful. Breakfast was very varied and quality. The restaurant was very good and very well presented.

I love this Hotel. Its my 3rd time staying here which, i think, speaks for itself. If you don't mind public transportation, there are a lot of ways to move around and explore. There is also a shopping mall close by, 10min walk or 1 stop with the tram, a supermarket, Mc Donalds & a few restaurants right across the street. Its about 45 min to an hour away from the Eifel Tower but you should enjoy the views and see the city by using public transportation. This Hotel has a great variety on breakfast, a bar, soccer table, lounge and a gym. I have to more bookings at this location.
