The surrounding environment is beautiful, but the hotel facilities are old, the air conditioning is too noisy, the bed springs are not working, and the pillows are not comfortable

The most dirty place I have ever seen. I can feel every spring of the mattress what is old like the hotel self. The connection door to the next room was a single self made door that you can hear everything the neighbour are doing. This hotel is not worth 1 star. Please don’t go there.

Nice view from balcony. Free shuttle. On time shuttle service. Hotel is old and need to improve in cleanliness. Door knob feels unsafe.

I have stayed at the mermaid plenty of times and been a good experience.
But this time I got a cheaper room witch was not in rentable condition it stunk realy bad mold everywhere carpet need replacing as I think that was the smell of rotting And I will not be returning

Very uncomfortable bed. Felt every spring in the mattress. Very noisy especially cars pulling in and out on the gravel. Didn’t sleep much.
