I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Christian, the manager owner, was extremely helpful and gracious in all matters. As an English speaker I had no problems at all. Their bistro serves excellent food, which I recommend to anyone who stays here. My room was both clean and stylish. Damme is a beautiful town that's only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding countryside was also beautiful, and reminded me very much of my home in Ohio, USA. Should I be coming to this part of Germany again, I will definitely try to book another stay here. Thank you, Christian.

Freundlichkeit des Personals gut, Zimmersauberkeit in Ordnung, nur der Abfluss roch manchmal unangenehm. Das Frühstück war ok, am Freitag nur 2 Brötchensorten, Samstag und Sonntag mehr Auswahl, jedoch alles Aufbackware, obwohl es viele Bäcker im Ort gibt. Negativ war unsere Erfahrung im Restaurant am Abend. Wir hatten eine Pfanne mit Hähnchen, Rind und Schwein mit Bratkartoffeln bestellt. Die Kartoffeln waren schwarz, total verbrannt, wurden nach unserer Reklamation neu zubereitet, wurden jedoch im gleichen Pfännchen serviert, so dass alles nach Verbranntem schmeckte, das Rindfleisch war nicht gewürzt, das Schweinefleisch total trocken. Die Servicekraft fragte, ob es geschmeckt hatte, ich berichtete von meinem "Geschmackserlebnis", ich bekam zur Antwort: "Ich sage es dem Koch". Der Preis wurde voll berechnet, kein Versuch der Wiedergutmachung. Meine Frau hatte ein Schnitzel mit Pilzen bestellt. Die Panade war von einer Seite noch weiß, die Pilze konnte man zählen. Sehr schade.

Fantastisch hotel,zeer geschikt voor lang verblijf
In alle opzichten een fantastisch hotel. Mooi gelegen, prachtig aangelegd groen rondom de gebouwen en veel terrassen/terrasjes. Kamers zijn groot en modern ingericht met voldoende stopcontacten én als klap op de vuurpijl; een koelkastje. Badkamers zijn tevens ruim en modern ingericht. En alles brandschoon. Ontbijt is ook fantastisch, weinig hotels evenaren dit. Medewerkers zijn allen uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een en al lof voor dit hotel en komen zeker terug.
