Being a five star hotel the service was very pathetic especially the house keeping and the in house restaurants in the hotel Deltin. I am finding myself cheated after spending so much on stay and food 🤦♂️. I was not the only one there were other customers in the hotel who were also complaining about the service. I don't think I will be re visiting this hotel again.

No wonder it's a Five Star ⭐ property with u exceptional service by their staff members .
starting from Diwakar,from reception team. The Housekeeping staff at floor 2.
The restaurant staff, The staff from the bar service made us feel comfortable and tried to give us flexibility in such a tight situation. I saw the full lobby was crowded by the new guests due to marriage ceremony. But inspite of this they allowed us extra time without any hitch and no even that they gave us really 5 ⭐ service. I must congratulate the hotel for having such a nice staff members.

"Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again."😊

Room was spacious and clean - Property is self sufficient for day or two. Pool is highlight and food is very good. Both dinner and breakfast spread was excellent. Special shout out to Rohan n team who ensured to take good care of us and provided hospitality. Kids play area is very average and options could be more to keep little ones engaged. Overall luxurious property with good rooms and food for one or two nights outing. Worth it!!
