The perfect stay. 10/10
This place is perfect. Tucked just off the Main Street but still on the river and has the best views over the carvings in the cliff in the whole town!
We were hosted so brilliantly and made to feel incredibly welcome. Delicious breakfast, really comfy beds, use of the kayak! Superb. Thank you!

It is in a beautiful location and the staff were friendly and the food we had was good. The hotel is a little basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Great owner and location. Fantastic river view.
Pet friendly !
Use ear plugs for deep sleeping (weak soundproof). And keep in mind double bed is not very wide

This is a small family run hotel. The hosts are charming, kind and helpful. Their home is arty and rustic. There is a kitchen for guests to use. The plant based breakfasts served next to a very beautiful spot on the river are delicious. The pool and garden are lovely.

Huzur dolu
Antalya’dan İzmir’e bir çok yerde konaklayarak tatil yaptım. Kaldığım en huzurlu en güzel yer burasıydı. İnsanlar güler yüzlü ve rahat. Vegan değilim ama kahvaltıları harika. Çay kahve su kettle istediğiniz gibi kullanabiliyorsunuz. Nehrin yanında kral mezarlarının tam karşısında mükemmel bir konumu var. Sahiplerine ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim

A hidden gem on the banks of the Dalyan river
Dalyan Holiday hotel deserves 10/10 based on it's unbeatable location with a fantastic view to the Lycian tombs carved into the rocks across the river, and unrivaled hospitality, & friendliness from Kareem, his family and staff.
If your looking for perfection with big bathrooms and glitzy rooms you won't find them here, but they're just superficial comprared to everything you get at this hotel.
