Peace, Tranquility and amazingly friendly service from all staff and owners. Nothing is too much trouble and any help you need is there. Nothing pressured all relaxed. Clean and well maintained our room was serviced every day. The sisters who work there are also extremely helpful. No loud music around the pool and plenty of room for everyone. The food is excellent and a great chice for breakfast. We will definately return. Thanks to Dilek, Murat and the ladies. A short walk to town, 5 mins on a flat road and less than 2 mins to a minimarket. The first bar restaurant you meet will be Sinans Place, not to be muissed. What are you waiting for?

Small, family-run hotel, with beautiful location, surroundings and character. Easy flat walk into Dalyan harbour area and restaurants very close by. Hotel staff could not have been more friendly, kind and helpful, at all hours of the day. Very personal touches - and wonderful swimming pool to relax in with pool cafe bar serving drinks and hot/cold food. Superb, delicious breakfast with pool view - excellent choice of bread, savoury and sweet options, with eggs cooked to taste. We did not want to leave!

I stayed here for one night due to a flight cancellation and I can honestly say I am so pleased that I was able to discover this place. A really magical oasis of calm and tranquility. Lovely organic natural pool with beautiful tropical shady plants and plenty of friendly cats in the garden

Gorgeous hotel suite. In the past a lot of money has been spent on the fixtures and fittings but is now a little tired.staff and owners are very friendly. Very clean and lovely pool area.

This was a last minute booking and we are so pleased we picked this gorgeous hotel. Owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a great location about 10 minutes walk to the centre and lovely cafes and restaurants en route. Really enjoyed our week and would love to come back.

This “boutique hotel” lacks basic amenities such as shower gel, and when we inquired with the hotel manager, he mocked our request saying that “as if shower gel is such an important amenity”. Well, since this is a boutique hotel, I would expext such shower gel and also respect for the guests, instead of instead of replying to guests inappropriately with sarcasm and mockery. The rooms were decently cleaned, and our room with the large terrace was good enough. The pool was also looking nice. However, the “open buffet” breakfast was very poor, and definitely not up to Turkish breakfast standards. The managers’ hospitality was also subpar, as you can see from their disrespectful attitude. One last note: in Turkey, every hotel is required by law to have a water depot. Apparently, this hotel doesn’t have it, since we were left waterless because of a 2-hour malfunction in Dalyan’s water supply. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A Great Hotel. We Definitely Recommend. The Owners Were Very Attentive and Friendly. If you are going to Dalyan, it is definitely the first choice. Breakfast is hearty and varied. The rooms are clean and there is a wonderful garden. Thanks for everything
