My Stay!
Very bad hotel experience. Management quality is terrible. I understand that hotel management has a problem in the USA and they hate the white American people. They give their guests from the United States a lousy room that smells like sewage. I think they doing this specifically. I would say don't choose to stay in this hotel.

Pros and cons
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dalyan Live but I will list the pros and cons for you to consider.
Pros
- nice, modern grounds and rooms
- deluxe rooms spacious
- good size pool
- polite staff
- Bianca at the bar makes good drinks
- free parking if you rent a car
- very close to town centre and restaurants, easy walk
Cons
- our biggest issue was that me and my husband are pretty sure our bed had bed bugs. My husband kept having bits appear after each night... Which meant no sleep for either of us
However when we did ask to change rooms they did Assist with that promptly
- we paid for our stay in cash and they were very picky about any slight rip or tear on notes which as you can imagine was frustrating

Daha önce burada konaklamadigim icin bazi endiselerim vardi ancak oda durumu, temizligi, ortak alanlar ve havuz ***et iyi durumdaydi. Kahvalti cesitliligi güzeldi. Bir dahaki tatilimde de yolum Dalyan'a duserse kesinlikle tercih edecegim bir otel.

My husband and I have just returned from our fourth time at the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and my room was very comfortable. There is a large garden to relax in and listen to the birds and the boats chugging up and down the river. There is a wide selection of delicious food for breakfast, both hot and cold. All the staff are hardworking and friendly. Thanks must go to Tunc who sorted out my room request. That was much appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday and will be back next year.

We had such an amazing time here with our son and his girlfriend. This was our 2nd time in Dalyan. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. We had a huge walk-in shower, and the bed was massive. We had lots of cocktails at the bar as well as ordering food throughout the day on the days we spent around the pool. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. On our arrival around midnight, we were all hungry, and the barman ordered a takeaway for us all, which was delicious. Barat, our barman, was outstanding, as was Eyup, who showed us to our room. They always spoke to us and are friendly. We actually booked to go back to the Dalyan live spa next September. We can't wait to go and hopefully our friends will book to go with us soon. One more thing, breakfast is good and the food you order from the bar during the day or evening is outstanding.

We had a great holiday during the first two weeks of October. This was our second visit to this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely young lady on reception. The room was spacious, with a powerful shower, the bed was large and very comfortable. It was cleaned on a daily basis by the lovely ladies who always had a smile whenever we saw them. The pool was lovely. Sun-beds were always available both around the pool and in the garden area. The whole complex was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, the food was replenished regularly and there was a lovely lady cooking eggs (omelette, fried eggs etc) Location was really peaceful but an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to go again.

Husband and I just home from a great week. Hotel is kept very clean and tidy ,staff always busy and pleasant. Hotel is a short walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast was acceptable, bar prices obviously a bit more expensive. We would return.
