A very friendly welcome, and I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and room.
Breakfast is small, but it fills you up.

I arrived too late and was in a hurry to rest, so I didn't pay attention to the credit card information. I found it after I returned home. Ctrip helped me contact the hotel as soon as possible and refunded the money within a few days. Ctrip is really awesome! In other aspects, there is free parking, which is not easy to get free parking in San Francisco. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is a traditional gourmet breakfast.

I accidentally booked before I was ready to do so (AND the wrong date) and immediately reached out to Trip.com support. After 3 times of doing so and about 2 hours worth of my time I was repeatedly told that this is my own problem and there are no refunds and then offered $30 worth of credit to make up for it (I was charged $149 for the night I did not mean to book).
I know you have it in your terms and conditions that people cannot cancel their trips, but not to give $ back that you literally received 1 minute ago from someone who didn’t mean to give it to you is just bad service and will make sure that once I DO want to book I will go out of my way to find a hotel that is not Hampton Inn…
