Mcm Elegante Hotel

At reservations requested quiet room. Then again when I checked in I reiterated quiet room. So why am I writing this at 1:17 am? The party has been going on and on in the rooms next door and hallway. Finally had enough to call the front desk. Then the recorded message said wait times exceed 10 minutes if you weren’t making a reservation. I am spending my time awake letting everyone know on many websites to forget this property if you want to sleep. We travel a lot and won’t be back

This hotel was poorer than expected with the reviews. The room we got was not good so we asked for another one. In the first room the sink did not drain and the bathtub faucet dripped. The sofa/chair had a stain and the comforter was worn. There was only one lady on the first floor that disappeared when we came back in with our stuff. However the housecleaning staff were very nice. Dolores (I think that is her name) from housekeeping and a man were nice and friendly.

Needed to collect someone from Love Field and this location worked well. Prices near the airport were much higher than i wanted to spend. This hotel looked like it had a reduced price for same day booking. I'll always use this hotel if I can get it at the discounted price. I'm sure it was GRAND when it was brand new, but it is well maintained. Nice room size. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very quiet, clean, no bugs! And the "breakfast included" was the best I've ever had for "breakfast included". A lovely hostess told us that they will make our plates and bring to the table. She listed all that was available to choose from. I took all they had to offer except the pancakes - 2 eggs over easy (as I had specified) 2 each of bacon, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and some delicious red potatoes. Additionally, there were bread products if you wanted, a very nice fresh fruit bowl, orange juice/coffee, and cereal were offered. I'll be back again - a great value.

An exceptionally busy and sought after hotel, the front desk provided all I asked. A nice managers reception, comfortable room, all at a reasonable price. As with all others, the breakfast was well, ho hum, powdered eggs, microwave bacon, biscuits, gravy, very average. Parking my motorcycle was a breeze and secure.

I wasn't sure what to expect from my visit to MCM. The pictures online looked just ok but the reviews were quite good. From the outside, there is nothing that stands out about this hotel. In fact, by external appearances this looks like a Motel 6 or something of that ranking. But what i experienced on the inside far exceeds the appearance of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were quite modern and spacious. And the breakfast buffet is OUTSTANDING. Seriously, stay here and be pleasantly surprised like I was.

Not too much to see around this area, the hotel itself although it is a bit aged, still is in good shape. The clerk at the front desk seemed too upset for some reason. Overall, I had a great staying for the price. The cleaning lady Veronica did a great job.

Don’t stay here! We had a centipede invasion in the first room. They moved us to another room and we woke up to a total of 12 bugs. They were on the walls, ceilings, bed, and floors. They offered another room and it had trash under the couch and hair in the bed. It was supposed to be clean. We did get a refund, but beware of the bugs and cleanliness.

It is pricey for the location and for the level of amenities offered. The restaurant is very good, the rooms are out dated and need a great deal of technical modernization. I was fortunate to bring my own power ***** with multiple additional outlets and usb ports. There is NO executive level even if you paid for one. They just offer you a coupon for 2 free cocktails of well brand cocktails. I don't drink so the extra cost for 2 Sprites was not worth it. I will find other places in Dallas to stay next visit.

One of the worse hotel experience that we have experienced. Paid for a night and at the time of the check in , the clerk had a horrible attitude. Rooms were not as much clean as it was mentioned on the website. More or less it felt like we came to a cheap motel. Clark (Andrea) was so mean that didn't even wanna explain where the elevator was. It was this bad. Please do not spend your money for this cheap hotel.
