Steven was such a kind bellman I really appreciate his expertise and taking care of our bags! Steven deserves a bonus and is an asset to his company. My front desk representative was amazing and took her time explaining everything about the property. Looking forward to my next visit at this beautiful property

Steven is one of the nicest most informative bell men I’ve ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and recommendations. I look forward to my stay at a hotel with such remarkable service. I do not need to venture out and stay anywhere else

Steven did a great job getting us valeted and set our bags up in our room. Awesome service! We were down here for a medical procedure and needed a place to stay afterwards which would accommodate us and they got us everything we needed right away.

Hotel was great, Jenny Briggs with evens was very responsive.Food was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of areas to spread out to work. Steven at the Valet stand was courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely plan another meeting here

The hotel and its amenities are amazing. It’s very clean and a great location. All of the staff from Chris the GM, the front desk staff, Jason, Cameron and Destiny, the lounge team Jasmine and Debra, the hostess Ms Donna at the Asador and Alfredo and his valet team are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They treat us and everyone else like part of their family. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with great service. Grace at the valet is attentive and friendly, making it an easy process to get in and out of the hotel. We use this hotel monthly for business and it never disappoints! The bar with Rosie and Matt is always great too!
