房間地理位置非常好，樓下就是友好廣場站地鐵口，周圍小吃很多很方便，過個馬路過去就到大連商場那邊，大商的小吃確實好吃
房間很寬敞，屋裡冰箱洗衣機都齊全，使用起來很方便，比酒店自在舒服很多，公寓裝修啊傢俱啊有一説一併不是完全嶄新的，但是衞生是做的真乾淨，房東大哥説他是軍人出身，對做衞生是有要求滴，就是要乾淨，恰好我是醫生，我對衞生也是有要求的，確實處處都很乾凈，我和我老公説，我們自己家都做不到這麼乾淨。還有一點很驚喜的是，房間裏放了個摺疊的曬衣架，東北的暖氣真不用低估，晚上搓的內衣內褲襪子啥的，放晾衣架上一晚上，第二天就全乾了，我們住了三天，本來怕不幹衹打算第一天洗個衣服的，結果天天洗了😂

大連國泰春秋酒店（火車站店）客房寬敞，安靜舒適，而且距離地鐵站C1口很近，出行方便快捷。老闆人也不錯，幹練務實。

這是我住的最乾淨舒適的民宿，位置極佳，地鐵口也就幾十米，大連老街小吃街，中山廣場，火車站步行十來分鐘就到，樓下商場，超市，小吃，早餐一應俱全，老闆夫妻倆超熱情周到，退房後還主動讓我把行李放他們辦公室，讓我很意外也還感動，必須好評
