報名馬拉松前定的與平時房價無二，300元標四星不含早餐實際不值，入住時提醒要房間無瑕疵的，結果還是淋浴房水外漏。與大堂協商參加比賽退房延後一小時態度生硬無果。2012年裝修，除位置床品尚可，整體陳舊性價比不高。
