康萊德的服務沒的説，感謝客服yaya給升級了海景房，還送了孩子早餐，早餐選的38樓，比較安靜，但品種相對少，也可以選擇樓下的，據説品種會多一些，但跟希爾頓是共用一個餐廳。房間設施有些舊，但衞生還是不錯的，平時出門一般會選君悦、香格里拉或康萊德，大連康萊德中規中矩吧

海景房景色很不錯了，酒店服務也很好，幫拿行李什麼的。正常外賣沒辦法送到房間，辛苦maggie幫我送了外賣，整個入住期間maggie服務也很周到。退房時候gita也很熱情，整體入住感受非常棒。房間設施衞生很乾凈，入住環境很安靜，準備暑假再帶娃來度假。

Maggie's service was superb. She arranged a Supreme Sea View Room for me directly. The view was really unbeatable. I received her WeChat greetings every day during my stay. The service was considerate, professional, and responsible. She also asked me if I needed to delay the check-out so that I could rest for a while. She was really considerate. Linda, who checked me in, was nice and sweet. The overall service and facilities were very good. The sanitation was also very clean. Thanks to the cleaning lady every day.

Maggie provided excellent service during our stay. We asked her questions and she responded promptly and comprehensively. We needed to print something temporarily, and she helped us bind it and put it in a document bag for delivery. The service was very considerate. The concierge Xiao Li also provided excellent service and delivered the items in a timely manner. Maggie also helped us to check out late when we checked out. The hotel service was really excellent. The facilities and environment in the room and the daily cleaning were very good. I highly recommend it.
