This homestay is really good, highly recommended, 22 years of new community, all facilities are perfect, the interior decoration board is correct and clean. And all the electrical facilities are very new and smart. The most satisfying thing is the toilet, haha, I like it very much. It is also very close to Jinshitan and Discovery Kingdom, five minutes drive. The boss is also very good, highly recommended to live here nearby.

I was the first guest to check in the hotel and my stay was very good. First of all, the service at the front desk and in the guest room was very meticulous and enthusiastic, and they also helped recommend fun and delicious places in the surrounding area. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, spacious and bright, and also have smart bathrooms and smart toilets. The large bathtub is super comfortable! As soon as the curtains are opened, you will find the Kingdom Theme Park. You can feel the joyful atmosphere inside without leaving home. I heard that you can also see fireworks shows on weekends. It takes a few minutes to walk with your family to the Happy Coast. The sand is very fine and the sea water is very clear. There are many scenic spots in the surrounding area, but we did not visit them all. Dalian is very good and we will come back in the future!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt a warm welcome. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, the check-in procedure was efficient and fast, and Zhang Yue also carefully introduced the hotel's facilities and services. The professional attitude and thoughtful service of the service staff instantly dissipated my fatigue during the journey. The room service is also excellent. The room is tidy and clean. When I have any needs, I only need to make a phone call, and the service staff always responds quickly and meets my requirements as quickly as possible. 環境：酒店開在一棟別墅裏面，別墅所在小區很高檔，環境很好。就在金石灘黃金海岸邊上，走路五分鐘到海邊，旁邊就是快樂雪世界，每天晚上六點半煙花秀，連看了兩天，正在陽台對面，地理位置可以説是絕了。
服務：服務很貼心，來和走都有人主動幫忙拿箱子，寶寶不開心了還會給寶寶送好吃的。

The park is quite big, but the road is narrow and there is no parking. The parking lot is a bit far from where I live. Although there are electric cars, it is too slow to call a car. It is better to walk. The privacy is a bit low. The houses are very close. There is no sound insulation. The upstairs chat until late at night. Oh, there is no elevator. The hot spring is outdoors and there is no shelter. Finally, the breakfast is not cost-effective. There are few varieties and the price is good. An 8-year-old child is charged 99..😂Everyone, please feel it.. It is recommended to buy breakfast in advance or order takeout..

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

GGuest UserMy family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

KKeithWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill.
We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA.
Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

DDeor21I read reviews that there is a free pick-up and drop-off service at the airport. I was on a connecting flight and landed at 11pm. I called to make a reservation and it was actually past the pick-up and drop-off time. However, my sister was very reliable and still made the reservation for me.
I was surprised when I was picked up from the airport. The small business car was clean and tidy and on time. The driver also helped with the luggage.
It was late when we arrived at the hotel. We got a free upgrade. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was quite rich. The price of RMB 100+ was super value for money. The service was so good that it doubled my impression of Dalian.
I would like to praise my night shift sister at the front desk for her patience, attentiveness and reliability. Thank you for helping me make hot and sour noodles at three in the morning. I wish you everything will get better and better.

LLearnedOverall, it was a great stay. The location can't be beat, for the price group, at least. Abundant restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, along with the beachfront. To the right were most of the coffee shops, cafes, and supplies, and across the giant oval were the seafood restaurants. Nice options on the seafront, as well. For convenience items, go to the left and seek out the hidden allyway stores I found only on the last day. The hotel was clean and efficient but comfortable. Service was good in general, but fell short in a couple areas. Front desk and restaurant staff seems overtasked; they did a nice job, but needed additional hands. This was most visible in the small dining area, in which all tables were at times either occupied or covered with dishes. The rooftop bar showed promise, but was closed by the time I arrived at 9:00 pm.
Most of what fell short of expectations seemed beyond the hotel's control, such as the short-handed staff. Construction in the neighboring unit disrupted any tranquility I sought for most of two days. The workout area was adequate, but the eliptical trainer inoperable, a bit of a disappointment.

TTurtletravellerOverall I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to do laundry. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I had a room with a bathroom in it which was nice to have but there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the shower. I didn’t complain because I was able to get used to it pretty quick and kept the door closed most of the time. Let’s be honest, the price was pretty cheap. And yes, for the price, I would stay happily stay here again.
