房間很好很舒適，出門打卡拍照景色非常不錯，酒店樓頂的露台還有鋼琴，拍照效果非常好，早餐也很豐盛，下次再來還會選擇

酒店環境很美，服務非常好，特別是管家叫可樂的，對我們十分照顧，我們有甚麼需要，他都毫不猶豫地達到。 酒店有免費的的旅拍服務，專業的攝影師為我們一團六人拍了很多美麗照片，可能我們一起拍攝的人數較多，而照片數目不小，到了在電腦看照片及揀照片時，負責的小姐顯得非常不耐煩，不段叫喊指令，還低聲自言自語地罵我們，她把我們選照片及想要照片的意欲全都打消，使這原本值得囋賞及推薦的酒店留下極不愉快的一頁！ 總括來說，酒店服務人員的熱誠態度，足可以彌補旅拍選相片服務人員的差劣。

這個片區其實根本不用住酒店，買門票進理想家園就好，很方便。酒店感覺散裝，一點也不高級，設備、軟裝、環境、衞生、吃的都是平湊感覺。對着理想花園的門口和路面，白天人來人往，晚上裏面打燈外面直播，窗你是不好開的。 服務小哥是很熱情，忙上忙下還算不錯。 理想邦裏面打卡拍照點很多，確實還行。

作為聖託里尼一家比較高檔的民宿，總體而言是不合格的。服務中規中矩，房間設施差強人意，電視太小，浴缸好像壞了，洗澡水壓太小了，窗簾遮光效果太差…衞生情況感覺也一般，半夜有蟲子咬。除了接送服務還不錯，藉著能看洱海的好位置定價偏貴了。
