近兩千塊的閲山觀景房既沒有買到景觀也沒買到服務。
首先説説景觀，本以為是一個鬧中取靜觀賞山景的地方，結果露台底下就是博愛路，博愛路是大理古城唯一一條可以走機動車的路，可想而知有多吵，私隱性也是沒有的，隨便一個路人抬頭就能看到房間。大晚上街上還很熱鬧，睡眠差的人住這裏真的很遭罪。
其次説説服務，我們定的房間是含雙早的，不管是酒店房間內的紙質提示牌還是攜程上的政策，都寫明瞭早餐時間截止到10：30，結果我們10：05去吃早餐的時候被告知已經收攤了，還有部分沒收完的菜品可以讓我們拿着吃一點，非常離譜，在規定的早餐時間內不提供早餐，不知道為什麼在攜程評分這麼高。
