He helped with the luggage on the first day we arrived, and helped to contact the car when we went out to play. He answered all our questions, and the room would be cleaned up and the sheets changed without reminding us when we went out to play. There was a clothes drying rack outside the room, which was very convenient. The washbasin also had makeup remover and moisturizer, which was quite thoughtful.
