酒店在入住前已經先跟我們聯絡，告訴我們一些酒店使用事項，到了之後在門口接我們，給人很温暖的感覺，酒店所有員工服務都很到位及有禮貌。酒店提供的免費下午茶早餐很豐富，晚餐的味道也很好。

真的要給這家大大的點贊，總之就是在我的審美上，房間空間大又有亮點，每個窗的設計位置都看得到是花了許多心思做出來的，房間裏的色調搭配也好在線，服務也非常棒很貼心，各部門人員工作都認真負責態度佳，作為酒店控住了各種各樣的品牌酒店特色民宿這家值得我為此專門來打卡，性價比很高推薦一試

和女兒出行，位置確實有點偏僻，但是可以作為休閑放鬆的停息處，反正大理走哪都是滴滴。住了兩天酒店很漂亮，園林水景也很漂亮，下雨時在塌上喝着茶，像在詩裏一樣。床很舒服，房間外都是水景，下面有很多魚，孩子非常喜歡餵魚。泡澡也是天天作，冬天有地暖很舒服，在房間很自由。最驚喜的是這裏的炒菜好吃，沒在大理吃到好吃點的炒菜，在這裏兩天吃安逸了，以後有機會還會帶上家人來。酒店有點大，熱水要多放會兒。

是白族民居改建 院子很有風味。還有地暖。前台那邊休息區還有壁爐 可惜現在温度不夠低 沒有打開。服務很好 會迎接和送別。但是元宵節當天沒有任何動靜 稍有遺憾。去附近找了茶馬古道和三眼井還有明代照壁 但是衹看到了一顆很大的樹。 問了居民也不大清楚。希望之後能有更詳細的圖文指引説明吧。總的來説公共區十分舒適 可以在裏面不出門 。附近走走也很有味道。

服務：很周到，提前組建了羣確認了位置和相關事項。無論是管家還是普通的阿姨，工作人員的着裝統一整潔，服務意識很強，給人一種賓至如歸的好感。
環境：在銀橋村中，離路邊步行大概10分鐘，但打車也是比較方便的，能直接在酒店門口接送。
房間很寬敞，有自己的特色和風格。
衞生：做的細緻周到，處處都透露着精緻。

大理住過很多酒店，這一家最具特色，建築風格非常別緻，整個酒店別有洞天，細節把控到位，不論從視覺、聽覺、味覺等感受一流，非常全面細緻周到的服務和體驗。
白族孩子的最愛核桃麥芽糖（純手工製作，無添加，木田優選）自帶了幾袋。
