There is a distance to walk to the old town for elderly but it should be ok for youngsters. The stairs up to the room is a spiral type n it's narrow. For elderly, it will be difficult to carry the luggage up n down. Luckily, they helped us to bring up. As we had to leave early in the morning, we had to bring them down ourselves. Overall it's ok.

there were many holes on the floor, some of them were covered with plants. there was a strong smell of mold and dust. someone woke us up in the morning by trying to open the door. our room felt like a warehouse.

The location is fantastic — right in the centre of Old Town! The laoban and the staff there are all very friendly & hospitable. The room itself is average. The ventilation is poor and there is a damp/mould smell. The cleanliness could be improved.

Excellent location in the old city. Close to everything but far from the noise. The rooms are beautiful and clean in a special Chinese style. The owner of the place and the employees are good people. Thanks for the great hospitality! We planned to stay one night and ended up staying for a whole week. Highly recommend!!

The toilet is not hygienic. The shower curtain in the toilet is moldy and black.
There is a rooftop on the fourth floor. It looks unkempt and dirty. There is a wicker chair on the rooftop that is broken.
The stairs are rotating and very small. If you bring a large suitcase, please be careful.
