無空調（但有相應設備），（沐浴）熱水器容量較小，除以上二项，其他OK。性價比高，特别是相較同棟大樓其他酒店。

設施：這是非常的齊全，而且有廚房可以做飯。雖然沒有空調，但是有暖風機和電熱毯，房間非常暖和。
服務：服務非常到位。響應速度很快，而且打掃衞生也很及時。
環境：可以看到洱海，但是有一點遠。

地理位置非常好,就在古城附近,步行到洋人街和人民路都很方便。房間乾淨整潔,復古的裝修風格很有大理特色。前台服務態度友好,入住體驗很棒。

公寓酒店地理位置優越 位於大理市中心 出門就有公交 出租車 房間很大很寬敞 就是電視機看不了 還有沒有空調不過有風扇 老闆娘還不錯！
