The service provided by the hotel was immaculate. The room was also clean and big. Although there are no stairs, staff will help to move luggages up and down for you. I also ordered kuai di to their hotel but didn't reach in time! They were able to help me collect and forward to my next hotel. When we left early for our train, they even packed breakfast for us. Will definitely come back here again.

No lift, but they help to carry our luggage up and down after check in and before check out. Very good service. Walking distance to Dali Old Town. Simple breakfast but enough for us. They provide washing machine and dryer and help to put our cloth in the washer and dryer. Highly recommended.

酒店乾淨衞生且環境優美（見視頻和圖片），住的很放鬆，還有一個非常大的優勢，他們家有自己停車位，且過個馬路就到古城非常近。老闆娘老闆人特別好，酒店的每處細節都是細緻入微考慮充分，問了老闆娘，是她自己親自設計的。值得推薦，尤其是帶陽台的景觀房（雖然朝馬路，但窗户關上，一點也不影響安靜休息睡覺），老闆娘特別喜歡鮮花，房間、公區都是配有定期更換的鮮花。剛剛入住是快臨近中午，老闆娘考慮到我們估計餓了，親自下廚調製了咖啡，時值中秋佳節，還切了大理特產月餅，送了水果甜點，小朋友想喝果汁飲料，還立馬把特別大的西瓜給切開為小朋友榨汁。小朋友在酒店都已經和老闆娘交上朋友，打成一團，送了老闆娘一個國慶五星紅旗手帶，小朋友走的時候捨不得在車上還傷心了好一陣。老闆娘送了零食，離開酒店前店長還送了小朋友一個小貓玩具。店長和工作人員都很熱情，且非常禮貌。

除了房間有點小，其它沒毛病。但我還是想提個建議，沖涼房內能否添加一個放衣服的架子，沖涼時沒有任何一個地方能掛毛巾或衣服，這是一個敗筆。還有贊下服務員，每個都很親切友好。

跟朋友一起出來玩，選擇了這家酒店，真的不要太讚了，房間佈置的温馨而且貼心。逛街很方便，200米就到大理正門南門了，進去就是步行街。簡直不要太方便。他們有一個非常漂亮的院長，坐在那裡喝喝咖啡，很愜意。感覺在他們家住着是一種享受。前台的服務真特別好。可以説是有求必應，還給我們講了地圖和功略。讓我們少走很多彎路。太貼心了。早餐也非常好吃呢。下次還選擇他家。
