衞生滿意，房間乾淨整潔，衞浴設施有點略微陳舊
環境較滿意，景色優美，早上沒起來，故沒吃早飯，不知道早餐水平如何。
服務尚可，酒店服務人員綜合素質尚可，原因如下:
該酒店沒有機器人送餐，沒有服務人員送餐，所以要我下樓到酒店外側取外賣。本人打了客房電話，詳細投訴此點並溝通了服務後，客房説可以給我送餐。故我這裏説客房服務人員綜合素質尚可，因為如果沒有送餐，那麼肯定是會打差評的。但本質上，如果沒有我打電話，客房是不會送的，所以服務意識差，但改正意識好。
設施一般的另一個原因，該酒店所在建築並不是全部由該酒店所有產權，裏面雜七雜八，很多單間被售賣出去，被做成民宿了，故里麪人員構成比較複雜，並不安全
大理很好玩，但綜合來説，我下次不會住這裏。
