Caution: Working Environment Alert Nick Chatterji, also known as “Nick,” is the manager here and is known for playing favorites. His close associates are Erin Baker and Kimberly Reilly, who often receive preferential treatment. They spend a significant amount of time in his office, seemingly without any work-related purpose. Recently, Alexandra Evans was hired as the front desk manager. She has openly bragged to employees about physical altercations with guests at previous hotels she’s worked at, which has created a concerning and toxic environment. This workplace does not prioritize the well-being of its employees, and HR appears to condone this behavior. Please be mindful of your mental health if you choose to work here. Shamin Hotels has not fostered a safe or supportive environment.

First of all, the staff was very nice. However….. the facility smelled musty. A/C appeared to not be working in certain areas. Overall appearance was dirty. Breakfast quality not up to par of other Hampton Inn’s. Carpet in stair wells were very dirty. The culmination was discovery of a 1.5 inch silverfish crawling up my back in the middle of the night. Will avoid in the future.

Not use to such poor service when I travel especially for the price we paid for three nights. Poor service, location and cleanliness all below the Hilton standard that I am use to. Make sure you pay attention to the overall rating before booking

The hotel was very easy to find. The workers were very nice and accommodating the whole time. The room was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The food was very good. The hotel was quiet.

Hotel was clean, remodeled, great beds, TV, The location was great. Breakfast was better quality to many I have been to. Stayed 2 nights. Even with a hotel full of soccer players rooms were quiet -!: we wee on first floor by the deak.

It's odd that Hilton Honors members always get small rooms, near the noise, on the 1st floor. I mean Hilton allows us to accumulate points, but when we use them, I get the feeling, "Darn, points people. Oh well, we'll give them this room that the least desirable in the hotel" I find that really sad.

I needed a place to stay near our son and family.. we were pleased with a pet friendly room and size. Comfortable bed and with breakfast. Breakfast area nice and enough seating.. Coffee, water and homemade cookies on site..

Overall, a very nice hotel that I would definitely recommend. My room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice. Lots of outlets for all your gadgets and stuff to charge up. Tons of places to eat within a few miles of the hotel. Breakfast was your typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Did not like that they had their huge "dumpster" out in the front of the hotel for their renovations. Made the hotel seem kind of sketchy but it definitely wasn't. Also think the price was a little high for what you got but most hotels are these days. I always get asked in the surveys if I was greeted as a Hilton Honors member-that never occurred. If you have to stay in this area, definitely give this Hampton Inn a try.

All was fine. Just had noisy neighbors until 1:30 a m Some confusion accessing tv stations Only there 1 night so 🤷 happy overall excellent service clean room okay breakfast options Good location for shopping dining and attractions
