The hotel has a great location, the walking path is next to Tuyen Lam Lake. The campus is clean. The breakfast has many dishes and is very delicious. I have stayed at many hotels around Tuyen Lam area, personally I think Terracotta is the best.
The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more.
The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had.

The bed is confortable, hotel design is interesting however, the swimming pool is dusty, dirty water unable to swimming and not warm water as advertisement cause disapointment.
toilet need to be brush more cleaner at bathroom corners and drainage.
I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I had a great time.
Taxi rides from the hotel to the city only cost 4,000-5,000 won, and Grab taxis are really good!
The staff were friendly, and surprisingly, breakfast was really good. ㅎㅎㅎ I thought I would have to pay for the child's swimming pool,
but they just let the child go for free.
I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China.
Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy.
Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation.
Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights.
Well done,
The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations.
Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score.
My husband and I enjoyed our 4-day/3-night stay at the resort immensely. The view from our room was beautiful. The surrounding ambience was serene and very peaceful. The room was big, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous and delicious with Vietnamese, Western and Asian cuisines.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The manager even gave us an impromptu buggy ride round the resort, golf club and driving range.
The resort provides regular free shuttle bus services to and fro Dalat City Centre.
I definitely recommend Swiss Belresort Tuyem Lam for a relaxing getaway for couples, friends and families.

Checked in early. The staff speaks English, the location is great, in the middle of a shopping street. In the evening the street turns into a night market, but it didn't bother us at all. Everything is nearby, cafes, a huge supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms have a small balcony. Very comfortable and wide beds. Not a bad breakfast, you can have a snack.

Before confirming this hotel we checked with staff from Sandles Camellia if the rooms in Flora were air-conditioned which they said yes however rooms WITHOUT window only had aircon while those with window come with only FAN. We were trying hard to find the aircon controls but silly us took too long, more than 15mins, to report that there was no aircon resulted us in having to keep the room. Flora could have admitted their misinformation n changed the room inspite of us taking a little longer to report it. If they were gracious enough to change the room for us this feedback would have been so very different.
However I must say that the location is marvellous since the entrance of the hotel is right at the Dalat night market! So convenient!

The location is very good, but this individual hotel is too poorly soundproof, students who have poor sleep are careful, the rest is nothing special, just an ordinary hotel, not suitable for vacation, suitable for poor travel.
