Good location, Clean room but I waited long time to check in and check out. The staffs look so busy. This hotel also provide motorbike rental. Convenient! The breakfast was not bad but so many people. Group tourists stay in this hotel.

Booked on Trip.com, there is a discount price of only about NT$980 per day, which is very cheap. The villa is very beautiful, with a swimming pool, many furnishings and sofas for taking pictures. It's a pity that the room has no heating and is a bit cold. The order said to check out at 2pm, but the counter said that extra money would be required. I showed the counter the trip.com order instructions so that I didn't need to charge more. The counter probably didn't know the discount content well. Fortunately, the electronic There is a Vietnamese version of the order which is easy to explain. Overall, I'm satisfied. If I have the chance, I will come here again to enjoy the quiet time here. Note: The room I booked does not come with breakfast.

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

This place exceeds all expectations! The atmosphere of coziness, peace, tranquility, visual enjoyment and relaxation. Very caring, kind, cheerful, sociable and sweet employee)) Linh Nguyen helped us a lot when communicating with the transport company from Vexere, we would not have managed without her. This is my best experience of such a warm welcome, service and home atmosphere ✨ As if I got into a family😅 We were at the hotel on September 18-19. New beautiful building and rooms, fresh high-quality expensive renovation, modern and stylish design👍 The decor and everything else is thought out to the smallest detail, done with taste, love and care. Mountain view, there are several terraces for relaxation. The location is a little far from the lake, but suitable for hiking and relaxing in peace and quiet, no noise from the roads. There is the cutest security here, who loves to be petted and photographed ❤️ Bull)) It was very sad to leave such a nice place, we wish you all the best and are waiting for you to visit Moscow 🫶😄 Thanks to Linh Nguyen and the whole team of the Storij Home hotel!
